  • Mouse wheel zooms in all viewers
    • Slice / Section / Gallery / Easy3D / Surpass / Coloc
  • Scale bar in Surpass view
  • Slice view measurement points are now stored as part of the scene

ImarisCell
ImarisCell ImarisCell is a new module in Imaris!



ImarisCell is an Imaris module specifically designed for the analysis of 2D, 3D, and 4D images of cells and their components. ImarisCell enables researchers to qualitatively and quantitatively examine micro relationships that exist between cells.

  • Creation Wizard: Setup for Spine detection (source channel and size for spine seed points) is now an separate step right before Spine- Seedpoint Classification. New sequence:
    • Region of Interest
    • Dendrite Points Diameter

    • Classify Spine Points

    • Finish
