Imaris Cell

ImarisCell is specifically designed for scientists by scientists to allow investigation into the mechanical and structural functions of cells and cellular components in 3D and 4D. ImarisCell enables researchers to qualitatively and quantitatively examine micro relationships that exist between cells. ImarisCell also allows researchers to map organelles and other cellular components within individual cells, then examine the relationships between those components.  The benefits of ImarisCell include the ability to:

• Detect: Cells, Nuclei, Vesicles
• Utilize biologically meaningful constraints for detection
• Analyze per cell or per cell component - Not per image

Imaris 7.0

Bitplane is pleased to announce the release of Imaris 7.0.  Imaris 7.0 brings enhancements to FilamentTracer, the Surpass view of Imaris, and fixes a number of bugs.  Features include:

• A new scale bar in surpass view
• Measurement points taken in slice view can be saved as part of the scene file
• Improvements to the creation wizard for FilamentTracer
• New rebuild options for dendrites, dendrite diameter, spine and spine diameter
